The Colon

The colon is a part of the digestive system. Colon cancer is the second leading cancer killer in North Amercia. Other less serious effects from poor colon function can include premature aging, chronic fatigue, acne and other skin problems.

Good colon health is as important as washing your fac, and brushing your teeth. Few people ever consider this until they have a problem, and by then it may be a serious one.

According to one of the leading theories on aging, free radicals contribute to the process of becoming old, such as wrinkling of the skin, decline of kidney functions and increased susceptibility to auto immune diseases.

Some common sources of free radical are: automobile exhausts, priscription and-over-the counter drugs, pesticides, herbicides, food additives, air and water pollution, poor diet without proper nutrients can also invite cellular damage from free radicals.
